If you have ordered a size and it just doesn't fit the way you want you can send it back, providing you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being sent back in a clean and unused condition with all tags still attached. You are responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us. We will pay the cost of shipping of the exchanged pair back to you.
If the required size is not in stock, or otherwise unavailable, we may suggest an alternative or provide a full refund of your original purchase price, including the original cost of freight, if applicable.
We will accept returns and exchanges on products within 15 days of your original purchase date. Please ship your exchange within 3 days of you contacting us.
Items returned for refund are credited the purchase price less any associated shipping costs. Items originally offered with free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item to a maximum of $8.00. This fee will be deducted from the credit. Returns received in a used or dirty condition without tags attached will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
If we have sent you a size or style that you did not order, we will pay for the return freight cost of the boots / shoes and will send you the correct item.
