The user can punch in the frequencies of all the collars owned, and any others quickly and easily. To use the receiver, the hunter unfolds the antennas, and turns it on. In the manual mode, the user simply turns down the gain and soon he will receive a "beep" in the direction of the dog. The FCC rates the system as 12 miles line of sight, with 2.5 - 4 miles normal in the Ozark Mountains, and 4 - 7 in rolling mid-western terrain, and the full 12 miles in areas like West Texas.

Classic Tracking System
Compact Size: Patented technology allows for the design of antennas shorter than their electrical length. This permits the antennas to fold inward along the receiver creating a compact single unit comprised of a receiver and antenna. The receiver measures only 8 ¼” x 2” x 1 ½ (with antennas folded) and fits into a holster that can be worn on a belt.
Durable Construction: The receiver is housed in a casing that is milled from a solid aluminum bar. In addition, the antenna elements are virtually unbreakable. The durability of the receiver permits a warrantee of 10 years on the body and antenna and 3 years on the electronics.
Two channels: The Classic Receiver has two channels that are conveniently switched with a single button.
Near Mode: The Classic features an attenuator that simplifies tracking when the transmitter is close to the receiver (less than one mile). The attenuator is activated by pressing the NEAR button (red indicator light will illuminate). The NEAR mode makes it easier to set the gain level by reducing the sensitivity.
Frequency Fine adjustment: Transmitter frequencies sometimes drift based on temperature and atmospheric conditions. Tracker has incorporated a dial that adjusts the frequency to provide optimum range and audio characteristics.
Tracker Radio Tracking Collars
Intelo: Powerful transmitter primarily used for long range tracking of hounds. Available in Tree, Bark, Motion Sensor (point mode), Bark and Tree, or tracking only (straight).
Strike: Multipurpose collar for both hounds and pointing dogs. Remove magnet to activate and LED verifies that collar is transmitting. Available with tree, motion sensor (point mode) behavior circuits or tracking only (straight). AFTCA approved for field trials.
Supra Lite: Used primarily for pointing dogs, beagles and other smaller breeds. All collars include a motion sensor (point mode). Primary collar for field trials (AKC and AFTCA approved).
